For clients who would like to open an account with us, please complete the account application form and come to our branches with the following documents:

1. Completed Account Application Form

2. Copy of HKID Card / Passport

3. Proof of residential address within the past three months; e.g. Recent utilities bills, bank statements

4. Copy of Bank statement or account book

Note: The mail account is only applicable to overseas customers who open an individual or joint account.

Procedures

1. Download Client Agreement, and carefully read each of the provisions.

2. Download Account Application Form, and fill in each item clearly.

3.* Your personal identity, documentation and signature are required to be certified by any one of the following persons:

  i. Lawyers

  ii. Bank Manager

  iii. A licensed Certified Public Accountants

  iv. Internationally recognized notarization

(* Note: If bank accounts opened in Hong Kong, customers do not need to carry out such certification, but must be accompanied by a crossed check of HK $ 10,000 , payable to "Huarong International Securities Limited."Documents and cheques will only be valid when signed with the same signature)

1. Completed and certified identification along with the completed "Account Application Form" should be sent to 16/F, West Exchange Tower 322 Des Voeux Road Central Sheung Wan , Hong Kong "Customer Services Department."

2. After our company has received relevant documents, we will arrange a licensed person to inquire you about your investment experience, financial situation and investment objectives, as well as explaining the investment risks. The whole process will be recorded. To ensure our quality of service and avoid disturbance, you are recommended to contact us at your convenience from 08:30 to 17:30. Our company will make arrangements accordingly.

Limited Company Account (Hong Kong Incorporated Company)

Please complete and bring the following document to us for accounting opening:

1. Completed Cooperate Account Application Form

2. Certified true copy of the board resolution approving the account opening

3. Certified true copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company

4. Certified true copies of the Certificate of Incorporation

5. Proof of bank account of the Company (e.g Bank Monthly Statement)

6. Certified true copy of the Business Registration Certificate

7. Certified true copy of Register of Shareholders of the Company

8. Certified true copy of the Register of Directors of the Company

11. Certified true copy of the identity card or passport of the guarantor

12. Address proof of the guarantor (valid for at least three months)

For Company Incorperated Overseas (British Virgin Islands or Bermuda register company)
